Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Put the butter in an 8 by 8inch baking dish and put the dish in the oven until butter is melted, about 3 to 4 minutes. This is an outstanding recipe. It is really really rich and it turned out great. It seemed similar to my hot fudge pudding cake in consistency. On the shows things seem so easy and quick you cannot always be rushed to do how the chefs do so take your time and read the reciepes all the way threw.

I love, loved today show. Made the cobler and OMG, if you love chocolate you will love THIS! I made this cobler using frozen peaches and it was good but, this is out of sight. Very rich, Next time I going to leave off the whipped cream and just use Vanilla ice Cream, I do think that this would cut some of the sweetness. Today show was very good. My rating is for the show. I been watching Paula Deen since she started on Food Network, and even though I have loved many of her recipes over the years, today show didn sound like anything I be interested in. Wrong !!! This was the best show ever. I don know anything about Patricia Yearwood or country music, but I thought she was an ideal guest. I was so impressed that I learned from a Google site that she has several cookbooks of her own. It so refreshing to see someone on television who isn their merchandise or promoting something. All the recipes looked good to me, and I be trying the very strange chocolate cobbler soon. Thanks Paula. Katie Joel was good, too.)
